The Run Command Line action executes the designated command line on the client system. For convenience, the action supports designating two paths for use within the command line.

Executes the Execute command line using an operating system shell.

Executes the Rollback command line using an operating system shell.

<path1> variable – The folder on the client that is assigned to command line variable <path1>.
<path2> variable – The folder on the client that is assigned to command line variable <path2>.
The target client folder and subdirectory values can be substituted into the Execute and Rollback command lines using the <path1> and <path2> variable.
Execute command line – The command line to execute during the update execute stage.
Rollback command line – The command line to execute in the event of a rollback.
Expansion variables can be used to set the target client subdirectory property, Execute, and Rollback command lines.
